I’m Nicoal Crawford-Aguezeala — event strategist, calm-in-the-chaos leader, and founder of Cross Keys Events, a full-service event management company I’ve built since 2014.

I’ve spent my career producing conferences, tradeshows, fundraising events, and executive experiences where the details matter, because the details are what make people feel taken care of.
